Hempstick Code Update

Hempstick and libHemp have been updated and mirrored up to GitHub.

1. Contains a bug fix for enabling/disabling TMStick incorrectly. Now, it's a lot easier to enable/disable TMStick by flicking on/off a flag.
2. Adds a new feature to allow ADC channel mapping to HID Axes report. That is, which ADC do you wish to map to which HID axis.
3. Got rid of the hardcoded ADC channel reading. Now it reads the ADC conversion result and copy the value into the ADC channel buffer in a loop instead of hardcoded 8 channels manually.

I forgot to mention... with the new code update, you must use Atmel Studio 6.2 or later.
