The Warthog Lighting Control Panel provided in the following link is a reconstruction from a real Warthog military surplus simulator. Supposedly, this is the same part used in the real production A10.

The font used are not exactly the real font used in the A10. I have no idea what that font is. Some says it's Futura. Feel free to change it yourself. Also, the light pits in the back are not in the original locations. It's the way I like it, adjusted it for accommodating smaller SMD LEDs. The real one has a green plastic cylinder as light filter to generate green light from small incandescent light bulbs and a flat aluminum at one end to reflect light back inside the panel and prevent the light from concentrating too much to the front and shine through. You, of course, are free to change them to the location you like.
