User Manual 1.0.1 Error Correction

I have started putting a version number on the User Manual.

The correction is pp.12, the links to the source code zip files have been changed to reflect the GitHub move. The outdated document was pointing to a non-existent location on Hempstick site. I originally planned to provide zip files on the site, but I later mirrored my Git source control repository to GitHub.

I run my own Git server, but only mirror the repository to GitHub so that in case GitHub is hacked like Code Spaces (unlikely, but you never know) , I am good; Call me old fashion, but I don't let other people control my destiny!
