You can also order the PTFE ring for Warthog by sending a PM to me here on this forum.

In case you don't know what the PTFE ring for Warthog is. It's a PTFE (Telfon, tm by Dupont) that replaces the stock Warthog rubber ring. The stock on has a tendency of de-lamination. The symptom usually is that your Warthog stick has uneven force, or the center tilt to one side, due to the rubber ring getting squeezed and got out of position and then pinched in a way that separate the two layers.

This ring is a consumable, and its function is there to cushion between the stick sphere rum and the steel rim of the spring platform. It is also there to reduce the friction between the two. You basically can order a stock rubber ring from ThrustMaster, for the price of $25 to $35 (s/h included), or you can order a better PTFE ring from me at the price of USD $8, s/h included with USPS First Class Mail.

The raw PTFE is quite some expensive material. I don't make much out of it. And USPS is the cheapest mailing method I can find. I view it as a service to the Flight Sim community and not making money out of it. Actually for some countries, like mailing to the next door Canada (250 miles away from me), I actually lose a bit money on that. Well, it evens out with other orders, so all in all I don't lose money providing the service. I am fine with that.

Limit 2x rings per Warthog, please, so we can serve more Warthog owners.

Over the weekend, I made a batch of 89x PTFE rings (only 1 failure out of 90 due to the controller computer ran out of battery power and shut down! The charging plugged to a USB hub didn't work... grr...).

We are not going to run out of stock for a while.
